An NYC GoHealth branch called us to fix their main door, which was sagging into the ground. This made it very difficult for clients to open and close the door.
How do we fix a door that scrapes on the floor?
Our technicians did some troubleshooting and quickly realized that the door’s hinge was completely worn out and needed to be replaced. As a result, we removed the door from its attachment and uninstalled the old hinge and hardware from it.

We then installed a new heavy-duty hinge onto the door, reinstalled the door hardware, and adjusted as necessary. At this point, the door regained its proper functioning, and clients could open and close the door with ease.
