Here, the door closer was leaking. In addition, there was abrasive contact between the door and the floor, causing cosmetic damage to both and making the door difficult to open.

To remedy the problem, we removed the door and the old leaking closer and a installed a new door closer.

In addition, we realigned the door to ensure proper movement and minimize any more scrapes on the floor.
